It glitched on me once, which was annoying because I didn’t feel like dealing with another support thing. To be fair, they fixed it quickly and it’s been okay since, but I’d rather it just work without needing the extra step.

The process was super smooth. I submitted mine and the IRS accepted it really quick, like, WAY faster than I expected.

I tried using e-file.com because I figured it would be straightforward, like just answer a few questions and move along, but it ended up feeling more confusing than I expected.
Some parts were fine and I got through them without thinking too much, but then there were other spots where I kept going back and forth like, wait, is this what it’s asking for or did I miss something? The layout isn’t awful or anything, it just isn’t as clear as it probably should be.
I did get my filing done in the end, so there’s that, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. For something that’s supposed to make the process easier, it left me feeling kind of annoyed

I felt really good using it, everything seemed safe and my data felt well protected. It’s always a relief when you can use something without worrying about security.

Used E-File.com this year and everything went through just fine. No issues. Got the confirmation fast too, so I didn’t have to keep checking or try submitting it again. I’m not exactly great with tax stuff, so I was mostly nervous something would go wrong at the end. But the e-file submission worked like it was supposed to. Easy overall.
